The Lean Life course is the Holy Grail for long-term weight loss. Myrna Haag takes a deep dive into the key points in each module with a question and answer session to encourage participation. The 1-hour Lean Life live class is strongly recommended.
Each week, Myrna Haag RD, LD/N, will be reviewing 2 out of the 6 modules from the full course, which will include a 30-minute question and answer session.

Description: Getting information on how to eat is life-changing, but knowing what to eat is the key for long-term success. Each week, access to a food coach helps you plan your daily and weekly meals. Get quick snack and meal ideas that keep you motivated and save time. Food coach, Karin, shows you how to access the Quick Start Meal Plans, and how to build meals in the app. Come meet other people with meal ideas! Questions and sharing are always encouraged.

Description: Myrna Haag takes a scientific approach in explaining current health topics and trends that are easily understood and applicable. Myrna chooses topics based on members' interests and welcomes feedback and suggestions. Myrna Haag discusses relevant health topics and trends with guest speakers.
Nutritional awareness & behavior
Nutrition awareness and behavior is directly linked to nutrition knowledge. Nutrition knowledge
is critical for a sustainable healthy diet, But knowledge alone will not change behavior. The
cross bridge is nutrition awareness which is related to how we interpret, and express learned
information into our life. Once we have good information its being cognizant of the kind of foods
a person eats and the reasons for eating such foods. Myrna walk you through weekly how we
can use nutrition awareness to break the obesity cycle
Outcomes
● Awareness of bodily persona verus self persona
● Ability to sustain at least 2 healthy daily habits
● Building new nueroplasticity - Altered at least 2 food rewared systems in brain
● Finding nutrition motivational centers - being able to identity with a community, and, or
identifying with a continued information source
