Here's How It Works:

  1. Start with Myrna (optional but recommended):
    Begin your journey by learning directly from Myrna through our Lean Life Online Course—a series of recorded video lessons that explain the core principles of the Myrna Method and how to apply them to your meals and lifestyle. These videos are available anytime on your member dashboard.

    While booking a Food Coach is always an option, we recommend watching at least up to module 3 in the course first inorder to get grounded in the why behind our method. That way, when you connect with a coach, you’re both speaking the same language and can dive right into applying it to your life!

  2. Meet Your Food Coach:  (booking times below)
    Once you’ve got your plan, your Food Coach becomes your go-to guide for implementing it. They'll help you build meals, understand your macronutrient targets, and support your lifestyle shift—whether you're just starting or optimizing.

  3. Continue Evolving:
    Your food coach adapts with you as your life and goals change. Whether you're adding exercise, exploring plant-based living, or navigating plateaus, they’ll help keep your food in sync with your body.

Karen Collins has been a dedicated health and fitness coach for over 4 years, with a special focus on helping people build sustainable, healthy eating habits. She joined the Myrna Method team after seeing powerful results in her own clients, and she's now an integral part of guiding others through the system.

Currently completing her master’s degree in nutrition and on track to become a Registered Dietitian, Karen is well-versed in the science behind balanced eating. She’s especially passionate about helping members create consistent routines that support long-term weight loss, metabolic health, and a vibrant life.In her free time, you’ll find her weightlifting, reading, swimming, or hitting the tennis court.

Karen is a great fit if you're following the standard Myrna Method and want structured support in learning how to build balanced, nourishing meals. Her mission? To help increase the health span of as many people as possible—starting with you.
